Stat. tit. 47, § 47-591.14","heading":"Automotive dismantlers and parts recyclers - Engaging","body":"in business without license - Injunction - Venue.\n\nWhen any person, firm or corporation is engaged in the business\n\nof an automotive dismantler and parts recycler without being\n\nlicensed as required by Section 591.4 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, the Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle, Dismantler, and\n\nManufactured Housing Commission may institute, in the name of the\n\nState of Oklahoma ex rel. Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle, Dismantler,\n\nand Manufactured Housing Commission, any necessary action to enjoin\n\nsuch person, firm or corporation from continuing in the business of\n\nan automotive dismantler and parts recycler until a license has been\n\nissued to such person, firm or corporation by the Oklahoma Used\n\nMotor Vehicle, Dismantler, and Manufactured Housing Commission.\n\nUpon proper evidence, a temporary restraining order shall be issued.\n\nAn injunction shall issue without requirement of a bond of any kind\n\nfrom the state.
