Stat. tit. 47, § 47-591.7","heading":"Certain licenses not required","body":"An automotive dismantler and parts recycler may, as an end\n\nresult of the conduct of his principal business, accumulate\n\nnonrecyclable hulks and parts and may scrap such nonrecyclable hulks\n\nand parts without first obtaining a separate license as a scrap\n\nprocessor or as a junk dealer.
