Stat. tit. 47, § 47-591.9","heading":"Refusal, cancellation, suspension or revocation of","body":"license or buyer's identification card (B.I.D.).\n\nThe Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle, Dismantler, and Manufactured\n\nHousing Commission is authorized to refuse, cancel, suspend or\n\nrevoke a license to any person, firm or corporation for the\n\nfollowing reasons:\n\n1. Failure to meet the requirements of the Automotive\n\nDismantlers and Parts Recycler Act;\n\n2. Failure to continue to meet the requirements of this act or\n\nof the rules promulgated by the Commission pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the Automotive Dismantlers and Parts Recycler Act;\n\n3. Upon satisfactory proof of unfitness of the applicant or the\n\nlicensee, as the case may be, under the standards established by the\n\nAutomotive Dismantlers and Parts Recycler Act;\n\n4. For the felony conviction of a state or federal law by an\n\napplicant, licensee, partner of an applicant or licensee, director,\n\nofficer, or stockholder in the case of a corporate applicant or\n\nlicensee, or an employee, manager, or any person having a pecuniary\n\ninterest in the business involving:\n\na. theft,\n\nb. violation of the Oklahoma certificate of title law or\n\nsimilar laws of other states,\n\nc. alteration, obliteration, or removal of a vehicle\n\nidentification number, or\n\nd. any other act directly relating to the ability of the\n\napplicant or licensee to conduct an automotive\n\ndismantler and parts recycling business;\n\n5. Commission of any unlawful act which resulted in the\n\nrevocation of any similar license in another state; or\n\n6.
