Stat. tit. 47, § 47-592.10","heading":"Violations","body":"The Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle, Dismantler, and Manufactured\n\nHousing Commission may deny an application for a license, impose a\n\nfine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per occurrence,\n\nor revoke or suspend a license after it has been granted, when any\n\nprovision of this act is violated or for any of the following\n\nreasons:\n\n1. On satisfactory proof of unfitness of the applicant or\n\nlicensee, as the case may be;\n\n2. For fraud practices or any material misstatement made by an\n\napplicant in any application for licensure pursuant to this act;\n\n3. For willful failure to comply with any provisions of this\n\nact or with any rule promulgated by the Commission pursuant to this\n\nact;\n\n4. Change of condition after license is granted resulting in\n\nfailure to maintain the qualifications for license;\n\n5. Continued or flagrant violation of any of the rules of the\n\nCommission promulgated pursuant to this act; or\n\n6. Being a crusher or shredder who:\n\na. has committed any unlawful act which resulted in the\n\nrevocation of any similar license in this state or\n\nanother state,\n\nb. has been convicted of a crime involving moral\n\nturpitude,\n\nc. has committed a fraudulent act in buying, selling or\n\notherwise dealing in used motor vehicles, trailers, or\n\nnonmotorized vehicles to be crushed or shredded, or\n\ndisposed of as crushed or shredded,\n\nd. has engaged in business under a past or present\n\nlicense in such a manner as to cause injury to the\n\npublic or to those with whom the licensee is dealing,\n\nor\n\ne. has failed to meet or maintain the conditions and\n\nrequirements necessary to qualify for the issuance of\n\na license.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4c287e4db54563c38b1e9b76730b20feeaddd8673f01c69f7d9f7377ecd484b6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-592.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-592.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
