Upon the filing of an application and bond and payment of\n\nthe annual fee and an investigation fee, the Commission shall\n\nconduct an investigation. If the Commission finds that the\n\nfinancial responsibility, experience, character and general fitness\n\nof the applicant are such as to warrant belief that the business\n\nwill be operated lawfully and fairly, within the purposes of this\n\nact, and the applicant meets the eligibility requirements of this\n\nact and the rules of the Commission, the Commission shall grant the\n\napplication and issue to the applicant a license which will be\n\nevidence of the authority of the applicant to do business pursuant\n\nto the Oklahoma Crusher Act.\n\nB. If the Commission does not find facts sufficient to warrant\n\nissuance of a license, the Commission may deny the application. In\n\nthe event of denial of the application, the investigation fee shall\n\nbe retained by the Commission, but the annual license fee shall be\n\nreturned to the applicant.\n\nC.
