A manufacturer shall not coerce or attempt to coerce a\n\ndealer to purchase a product or service that the dealer did not\n\norder.\n\nB. A manufacturer shall not coerce or attempt to coerce a\n\ndealer to enter into any agreement with the manufacturer.\n\nC. A manufacturer shall not coerce or attempt to coerce a\n\ndealer to enter into an agreement with the manufacturer or any other\n\nperson that requires the dealer to submit any disputes by the dealer\n\nto binding arbitration or otherwise waive the rights or\n\nresponsibilities of the dealer under the provisions of this act.\n\nD. As used in this section, the term “coerce” includes, but is\n\nnot limited to:\n\n1. Threatening to terminate or not renew a dealer agreement\n\nwithout good cause;\n\n2. Threatening to withhold line-makes or other product lines\n\nthe dealer is entitled to display and sell under the dealer\n\nagreement; or\n\n3.
