It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association,\n\ncorporation, or trust to engage in business as, serve in the\n\ncapacity of, or act as a new recreational vehicle dealer, new\n\nrecreational vehicle manufacturer, new recreational vehicle factory\n\nrepresentative, or new recreational vehicle salesperson in this\n\nstate without first obtaining a license or salesperson registration\n\nas provided for by law.\n\nB. The Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission shall issue new\n\nrecreational vehicle dealer, manufacturer and factory representative\n\nlicenses, and recreational vehicle salesperson registrations upon\n\napplication. The Commission shall promulgate rules and forms to\n\nimplement and enforce the provisions of this section.\n\nC. The schedule of license fees and salesperson registration\n\nfees to be charged and received by the Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle\n\nCommission for the licenses issued hereunder shall be as follows:\n\n1. For each manufacturer or distributor of new recreational\n\nvehicles, an initial fee of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) with an\n\nannual renewal fee of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00);\n\n2. For each factory representative, an initial fee of One\n\nHundred Dollars ($100.00) with an annual renewal fee of One Hundred\n\nDollars ($100.00);\n\n3. For each new motor home dealer, an initial fee of Three\n\nHundred Dollars ($300.00) per franchise sold at each licensed\n\nlocation with an annual renewal fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)\n\nper franchise sold at each licensed location;\n\n4. For each fifth wheel trailer, travel trailer, camping\n\ntrailer, and truck camper dealer, an initial fee of Three Hundred\n\nDollars ($300.00) per manufacturer represented at each licensed\n\nlocation with an annual renewal fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)\n\nper manufacturer represented at each location; and\n\n5. For each salesperson registration, an initial fee of Twenty-\n\nfive Dollars ($25.00) with an annual renewal fee of Twenty-five\n\nDollars ($25.00).\n\nD. A manufacturer shall not sell or display for sale a\n\nrecreational vehicle in this state except to a dealer or through a\n\ndealer that is licensed by the Commission to sell recreational\n\nvehicles in this state. The manufacturer shall also be required to\n\nhave a dealer agreement with the dealer that meets the requirements\n\nof the Recreational Vehicle Franchise Act and is signed by both\n\nparties.\n\nE. A dealer shall not sell or display for sale a new\n\nrecreational vehicle in this state unless the dealer is licensed by\n\nthe Commission to sell recreational vehicles in this state.
