Any legal custodial parent or legal guardian may prohibit\n\nthe licensing of or cause the cancellation of a license previously\n\nissued to his or her unemancipated child by filing an objection with\n\nService Oklahoma on a form prescribed by Service Oklahoma. Service\n\nOklahoma shall refuse to issue or shall cancel a license when an\n\nobjection has been properly filed by a legal custodial parent or\n\nlegal guardian. A license may not be issued and a previous license\n\nshall remain canceled until the objection is withdrawn by the legal\n\ncustodial parent or legal guardian or until the child attains\n\neighteen (18) years of age. A license canceled because a legal\n\ncustodial parent or legal guardian has filed an objection may be\n\nreinstated only after a period of three (3) months. No fee shall be\n\nassessed by Service Oklahoma for reinstatement of a license pursuant\n\nto the provisions of this act.\n\nB.
