Stat. tit. 47, § 47-6-110.5","heading":"Training and education for compliance with the REAL ID","body":"Act.\n\nA. Service Oklahoma shall offer or make available training and\n\neducation for licensed operators and licensed operator employees, so\n\nthat such licensed operators and employees shall be able to achieve\n\nand maintain compliance with the requirements of the REAL ID Act of\n\n2005, Public Law No. 109-13, related to such licensed operators' and\n\nlicensed operator employees' ability to be authorized participants\n\nin the REAL ID Compliant Driver License and Identification Card\n\nissuance, renewal and replacement process.\n\nB. The training and education required by subsection A of this\n\nsection shall be offered or made available:\n\n1. At reasonable cost to licensed operators and licensed\n\noperator employees seeking authorization to participate in the REAL\n\nID Compliant Driver License and Identification Card issuance,\n\nrenewal and replacement process; and\n\n2. On a regular basis as Service Oklahoma determines necessary\n\nand compliant in accordance with the Department of Homeland\n\nSecurity:\n\na. at on-site locations located or rotating throughout\n\nthe state, which shall not exceed four (4) hours in\n\nduration and shall cost no more than Fifty Dollars\n\n($50.00) to the licensed operators and licensed\n\noperator employees, and\n\nb. through an American Association of Motor Vehicle\n\nAdministrators (AAMVA) on-line resource that is\n\napproved by the Department of Homeland Security.\n\nC. Every licensed operator seeking authorization to process\n\napproved applications or renewals for REAL ID Compliant Driver\n\nLicenses or Identification Cards shall be furnished all equipment\n\nrequired for such processing by Service Oklahoma without charge to\n\nthe licensed operator.\n\nD.
