Service Oklahoma upon issuing a driver license shall have\n\nthe authority whenever good cause appears to impose restrictions\n\nsuitable to the licensee’s driving ability with respect to the type\n\nof or special mechanical control devices required on a motor vehicle\n\nwhich the licensee may operate or such other restrictions applicable\n\nto the licensee as Service Oklahoma, in conjunction with the\n\nDepartment of Public Safety, may determine to be appropriate to\n\nassure the safe operation of a motor vehicle by the licensee.\n\nB. Service Oklahoma may either issue a special restricted\n\nlicense or may set forth such restrictions upon the usual license\n\nform.\n\nC. Service Oklahoma may upon receiving satisfactory evidence of\n\nany violation of the restrictions of such license suspend or revoke\n\nthe same but the licensee shall be entitled to a hearing as upon a\n\nsuspension or revocation under this chapter.\n\nD.
