Whenever any person, after applying for or receiving a\n\ndriver license or identification card, shall:\n\n1. Change the residence address displayed on the license or\n\ncard issued to the person;\n\n2. Move from the person's previous county; or\n\n3. Change the name of a licensee by marriage or otherwise,\n\nsuch person shall apply for a replacement of the driver license or\n\nidentification card with Service Oklahoma in accordance with the\n\nprovisions of Section 6-114 of this title within ten (10) days of\n\nthe change.\n\nB. Service Oklahoma shall not:\n\n1. Change a county of residence unless the person specifically\n\nnotifies Service Oklahoma of such change; and\n\n2.
