Service Oklahoma is hereby authorized to cancel, deny, or\n\ndisqualify the driver license, driving privilege or application of\n\nany individual who:\n\n1. Fails to comply with any of the requirements of Section 6-\n\n119 of this title within thirty (30) days after being notified by\n\nService Oklahoma;\n\n2. Is unable to demonstrate the ability to operate a motor\n\nvehicle as provided by this title or whose driving constitutes a\n\ndanger to the welfare and safety of persons using the streets and\n\nhighways of the State of Oklahoma; or\n\n3. Fails to pass an examination pursuant to Section 6-110, 6-\n\n115 or 6-119 of this title.\n\nB. If a person is required to be examined pursuant to Sections\n\n6-110, 6-115 or 6-119 of this title, the Department shall impose the\n\nappropriate restriction or restrictions on the license that are\n\nnecessary to ensure the safe operation of a motor vehicle as\n\nprovided under Section 6-113 of this title.\n\nC. Any person whose driver license or driving privilege is\n\ncanceled, denied, or disqualified under the provisions of this\n\nsection shall have the right to an appeal as provided in Section 6-\n\n211 of this title.\n\nD. Any person whose Class A, B, or C driver license or driving\n\nprivilege is disqualified under the provisions of this section shall\n\nrelinquish to Service Oklahoma the Class A, B, or C driver license\n\nand may replace it with a Class D driver license, if the person is\n\notherwise qualified for a Class D driver license.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"daf0c56043c629c6a2f3ef0188990c06f8add84878a9d6abea7ec0beca87b851","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-6-119a","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-6-121"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
