Stat. tit. 47, § 47-6-122","heading":"Renewal or replacement by mail or online","body":"Service Oklahoma may develop procedures whereby driver licenses\n\nand identification cards issued under the provisions of Section 6-\n\n101 et seq. of this title may be renewed or replaced by the\n\napplicant by mail or online except for licenses to be renewed or\n\nreplaced by aliens as prescribed by subsection E of Section 6-115 of\n\nthis title. Any driver license or identification card issued\n\npursuant to this section shall be valid for a period of four (4)\n\nyears from the last day of the month of expiration of the current\n\ndriver license or identification card. Service Oklahoma shall not\n\nrenew or replace a driver license or identification card by mail or\n\nonline unless the immediately preceding issuance, renewal, or\n\nreplacement was done in person by the applicant.\n\nProvided, any person or the spouse or dependent of a person:\n\n1. Who is on active duty with the Armed Forces of the United\n\nStates; or\n\n2. Who is currently employed as a civilian contractor with the\n\nArmed Forces of the United States,\n\nliving outside of Oklahoma and having a valid Class D driver license\n\nissued by the State of Oklahoma, requiring no material change, may\n\napply for no more than three consecutive renewals or replacement of\n\nsuch license by mail or online, in accordance with Service Oklahoma\n\nrules.
