Stat. tit. 47, § 47-6-201","heading":"Authority to cancel or deny driving privilege – Appeal –","body":"Release for driving privilege reinstatement.\n\nA. Service Oklahoma is hereby authorized to cancel or deny any\n\nperson's driving privilege upon determining that the person:\n\n1. Is not entitled to a driver license or identification card\n\nissued to the person; or\n\n2. Failed to give the required or correct information in the\n\napplication.\n\nUpon such cancellation or denial, the person to whom the license or\n\ncard was issued shall surrender the license or card so canceled to\n\nService Oklahoma. The person may apply for a valid driver license\n\nor identification card, if the person is otherwise eligible. Any\n\nperson whose driving privilege is canceled or denied under the\n\nprovisions of this subsection shall have the right to an appeal as\n\nprovided in Section 6-211 of this title.\n\nB. Upon determination by Service Oklahoma that any person:\n\n1. Used fraudulent information to apply for or obtain a driver\n\nlicense or identification card;\n\n2. Committed or aided another person in the commission of any\n\nact provided in subparagraph b, c, e, g, or h of paragraph 1 of\n\nSection 6-301 of this title; or\n\n3. Committed or aided another person in the commission of any\n\nact provided in subparagraph a, b, c, d, e, or f of paragraph 2 of\n\nSection 6-301 of this title,\n\nService Oklahoma shall revoke the person's driving privilege for a\n\nperiod of sixty (60) days for a first determination. For a second\n\nor subsequent determination by Service Oklahoma under paragraph 1, 2\n\nor 3 of this subsection, the person's driving privilege shall be\n\nrevoked for a period of six (6) months. Such periods shall not be\n\nsubject to modification. Upon such revocation, the person to whom\n\nthe license or card was issued shall surrender the license or card\n\nto Service Oklahoma. The person may apply for a valid\n\nidentification card, if the person is otherwise eligible.\n\nC. A determination, as provided for in subsection B of this\n\nsection, shall include:\n\n1. A conviction in any court, when the conviction becomes\n\nfinal; or\n\n2. The findings of an investigation by the Identity\n\nVerification Unit, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Division, or a\n\ndesignee of Service Oklahoma.\n\nD. Any person whose driving privilege is revoked under the\n\nprovisions of subsection B of this section may be required to obtain\n\na release from the Identity Verification Unit, the Oklahoma Highway\n\nPatrol Division, or a designee of Service Oklahoma before being\n\nconsidered for reinstatement of driving privileges.\n\nE.
