Stat. tit. 47, § 47-6-202","heading":"Suspending privileges of nonresidents and reporting","body":"convictions.\n\nA. The privilege of driving a motor vehicle on the highways of\n\nthis state given to a nonresident hereunder shall be subject to\n\nsuspension or revocation by Service Oklahoma in like manner and for\n\nlike cause as any Oklahoma driver license issued hereunder may be\n\nsuspended or revoked. Any person who does not possess a valid\n\ndriver license in this state or any foreign state may have his or\n\nher privilege to operate a motor vehicle in this state suspended or\n\nrevoked in like manner and for like cause as a driver's license\n\nissued hereunder may be suspended or revoked.\n\nPersons whose driving privileges have been suspended because of\n\nfailure to furnish proof of insurance shall be required to furnish\n\nproof of financial responsibility as required by the provisions of\n\nthe Financial Responsibility Act.\n\nB.
