Whenever any person is convicted of any offense for which\n\nthis title makes mandatory the revocation of the driving privilege\n\nof such person by Service Oklahoma as provided in Section 6-205 of\n\nthis title, the court in which such conviction occurred may require\n\nthe surrender to it of all driver licenses then held by the person\n\nso convicted and the court shall thereupon forward the same together\n\nwith a record of such conviction to Service Oklahoma.\n\nB. Every court, including courts not of record, having\n\njurisdiction over offenses committed under this act, or any other\n\nlaw of this state or municipal ordinance regulating the operation of\n\nmotor vehicles on highways, shall forward to Service Oklahoma a\n\nrecord of the conviction of any person in such court for a violation\n\nof any such laws other than regulations governing standing or\n\nparking, and may recommend the suspension of the driving privileges\n\nof the person so convicted.\n\nC.
