Service Oklahoma upon canceling or denying the driver\n\nlicense of a person or upon suspending or revoking the driving\n\nprivilege of a person shall require that the driver license of the\n\nperson be surrendered to Service Oklahoma. When the statutory\n\nrequirements for reinstatement are met in accordance with Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, the person shall apply for a new driver license from\n\nService Oklahoma; provided Service Oklahoma has determined that the\n\nlicensee is a person not prohibited from holding a driver license\n\nunder Section 6-103 of this title, and has successfully completed\n\nthe customary written, physical and driving tests, if such tests are\n\nrequired. Identification of the person shall be verified through\n\nthe driver license digital file of Service Oklahoma.\n\nB. Service Oklahoma, upon entering an order canceling or\n\ndenying a driver license or suspending or revoking the driving\n\nprivilege of a person, shall forward a copy of the order to the\n\nlicensee pursuant to the provisions of Section 2-116 of this title\n\nand request the immediate return of the driver license to Service\n\nOklahoma. Failure to comply with the order of Service Oklahoma\n\nshall constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, the person\n\nshall be punished by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00)\n\nnor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).\n\nC. Any peace officer of this state may seize the license of any\n\nperson who, according to Service Oklahoma records, is under\n\nsuspension, cancellation, revocation or denial under the provisions\n\nof this title. The officer shall immediately forward the license to\n\nService Oklahoma.\n\nD. No person shall have a property interest in the physical\n\ndriver license issued pursuant to the laws of this state.
