Stat. tit. 47, § 47-6-212.4","heading":"Revocation, suspension, cancellation or denial of","body":"driving privileges.\n\nAll revocation, suspension, cancellation and/or denial periods\n\nof time of driving privileges as provided in this chapter shall be\n\nconsidered served upon successful graduation from an Oklahoma Drug\n\nCourt Program created and administered pursuant to the Oklahoma Drug\n\nCourt Act and the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance\n\nAbuse Services, unless evidence of drug and/or alcohol use occurring\n\npost-graduation is acquired by Service Oklahoma. This waiver of\n\ntime applies only to Class D driving privileges. Notwithstanding\n\nthe foregoing, this section does not require Service Oklahoma to\n\ngrant driving privileges to an individual not otherwise eligible.\n\nElectronic notification of graduation from an Oklahoma Drug Court\n\nProgram shall be provided to Service Oklahoma by the court clerk in\n\nthe county where said program is situated.
