It is a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the\n\nprovisions of Section 6-101 et seq. of this title unless such\n\nviolation is by Section 6-101 et seq. of this title or other law of\n\nthis state declared to be a felony.\n\nB. Unless another penalty is in Section 6-101 et seq. of this\n\ntitle or by laws of this state provided, every person convicted of a\n\nmisdemeanor for the violation of any provision of Section 6-101 et\n\nseq. of this title shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five\n\nHundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment for not more than six\n\n(6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.\n\nC. Service Oklahoma may, in addition to the penalty above,\n\nsuspend for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days the registration\n\ncertificate of a motor vehicle owned by any person who permits said\n\nvehicle to be used in violation of Section 6-304, 6-305 or 6-306 of\n\nthis title.
