The Commissioner of Public Safety shall administer and\n\nenforce the provisions of this chapter and may make rules and\n\nregulations necessary for its administration.\n\nB. The Commissioner shall provide for hearings upon request of\n\npersons aggrieved by orders or acts of the Commissioner under the\n\nprovisions of this act.\n\nC. The Commissioner shall prescribe and provide suitable forms\n\nrequisite or deemed necessary for the purposes of this chapter.\n\nD.
