Stat. tit. 47, § 47-7-206","heading":"Failure to deposit security and file proof of financial","body":"responsibility.\n\nIn the event that any person required to deposit security and\n\nfile proof of financial responsibility under this article fails to\n\ndeposit such security and file such proof of financial\n\nresponsibility within ten (10) days after the Department of Public\n\nSafety has sent the notice as hereinbefore provided, the Department\n\nshall thereupon suspend the driving privilege of each driver in any\n\nmanner involved in the accident.\n\nThe suspension shall be made in respect to each person required\n\nby the Department to deposit security who fails to deposit such\n\nsecurity, except as otherwise provided in Section 7-207, 7-208, 7-\n\n209, or 7-210 of this title.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"50c107653f3edcca73b061f1b8016c920ea77bd0f4010e3e5d1e7c8026877c4d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-7-205","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-7-207"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
