Stat. tit. 47, § 47-7-215","heading":"Correction of action of Department","body":"Whenever the Department of Public Safety has taken any action or\n\nhas failed to take any action under this article by reason of having\n\nreceived erroneous information or no information, then, upon\n\nreceiving further information within one (1) year after the date of\n\nan accident, the Department shall take appropriate action to carry\n\nout the purposes and effect of this article.
