Stat. tit. 47, § 47-7-218","heading":"Return of deposit","body":"Upon the expiration of one (1) year from the date of any deposit\n\nof security, any security remaining on deposit shall be returned to\n\nthe person who made such deposit or to his personal representative\n\nif an affidavit or other evidence satisfactory to the Department has\n\nbeen filed with it:\n\n1. That no action for damages arising out of the accident for\n\nwhich deposit was made is pending against any person on whose behalf\n\nthe deposit was made, and\n\n2.
