Stat. tit. 47, § 47-7-320","heading":"Alternate methods of giving proof","body":"Proof of financial responsibility when required under this\n\narticle, with respect to a vehicle or with respect to a person who\n\nis not the owner of a vehicle, may be given by filing:\n\n1. A security verification form as defined in Section 7-600 of\n\nthis title;\n\n2. A certificate of deposit of money or securities as provided\n\nin Section 7-330 of this title; or\n\n3.
