Stat. tit. 47, § 47-7-331","heading":"Application of deposit","body":"Such deposit shall be held by the Department to satisfy, in\n\naccordance with the provisions of this chapter, any execution on a\n\njudgment issued against such a person making the deposit, for\n\ndamages, including damages for care and loss of services, because of\n\nbodily injury to or death of any person, or for damages because of\n\ninjury to or destruction of property, including the loss of use\n\nthereof, resulting from the ownership, maintenance, use or operation\n\nof a vehicle of a type subject to registration under the laws of\n\nthis state after such deposit was made.
