Any person whose driving privilege shall have been suspended\n\nunder any provision of this chapter, or whose policy of insurance,\n\nwhen required under this chapter, shall have been canceled or\n\nterminated, shall immediately return his or her driver license to\n\nthe Department of Public Safety. If any person shall fail to return\n\nto the Department the driver license as provided herein, the\n\nDepartment shall forthwith direct any peace officer to secure\n\npossession thereof and to return the same to the Department in the\n\nsame manner as prescribed in Section 7-605 of this title.\n\nB.
