Stat. tit. 47, § 47-7-404","heading":"Reciprocity","body":"(a) The Department is hereby authorized to enter into,\n\nnegotiate, and execute reciprocal compacts and agreements with the\n\nproper authorities, bureaus or divisions of other states regarding\n\nthe use, application and operation of the financial responsibility\n\nprovisions of this Code.\n\n(b) Such compacts and agreements shall grant to the residents of\n\nother states privileges substantially like and equal to those\n\ngranted by such states to residents of Oklahoma; provided that such\n\ncompacts and agreements shall not supersede or suspend any laws,\n\nrules or regulations of the State of Oklahoma applying to vehicles\n\noperated intrastate in this state.
