Stat. tit. 47, § 47-7-601.2","heading":"Insurance carriers prohibited from canceling,","body":"terminating, increasing or requiring higher premiums for certain\n\npeace officers, firefighters or emergency vehicle operators.\n\nNo insurance carrier issuing a vehicle liability policy pursuant\n\nto this article to a person employed as a peace officer,\n\nfirefighter, or operator of emergency vehicles as defined in Title\n\n47 of the Oklahoma Statutes, in this state shall cancel, terminate,\n\nincrease the premiums due on such policy, or require such officer,\n\nfirefighter, or operator of emergency vehicles to pay higher\n\npremiums because of any accident in which such person was involved\n\nif the accident occurred in the performance of the duty of such\n\nperson.
