Stat. tit. 47, § 47-7-602.1","heading":"Possession of security verification form while","body":"operating or using certain vehicles.\n\nEvery operator of a motor vehicle registered in this state\n\nshall, while operating or using such vehicle, carry either an\n\noperator's or an owner's security verification form issued by an\n\ninsurance carrier or an equivalent form issued by the Department of\n\nPublic Safety, reflecting liability coverage.
