There is hereby created the \"Oklahoma Temporary Motorist\n\nLiability Plan\".\n\nB. The Oklahoma Temporary Motorist Liability Plan will provide\n\nminimum vehicle liability insurance coverage for the payment of loss\n\nresulting from the liability imposed by law for bodily injury, death\n\nand property damage sustained by any person arising out of the\n\nownership, maintenance, operation or use of a vehicle when a\n\ncitation is issued and the vehicle license plate has been seized\n\npursuant to subparagraph b of paragraph 1 of subsection A of Section\n\n7-606 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC.
