Service Oklahoma, in conjunction with the Department of\n\nPublic Safety, shall adopt and prescribe such regulations concerning\n\nthe administration and enforcement of Section 801 et seq. of this\n\ntitle as are necessary to carry out the intent of this act and to\n\nprotect the public. Service Oklahoma or his or her authorized\n\nrepresentative shall inspect the school facilities and equipment of\n\napplicants and licensees and examine applicants for instructor’s\n\nlicenses.\n\nB. Service Oklahoma shall administer and enforce the provisions\n\nof this act, and may call upon the State Superintendent of Public\n\nInstruction for assistance in developing and formulating appropriate\n\nregulations.\n\nC. 1. Service Oklahoma, in conjunction with the Department of\n\nPublic Safety, may require that the course of study for training\n\nstudents for Class A, B or C commercial licenses shall include\n\ntraining on the recognition, prevention and reporting of human\n\ntrafficking. If required, Service Oklahoma, in conjunction with the\n\nDepartment of Public Safety, shall regularly review and update the\n\ntraining to take into account changes and trends in human\n\ntrafficking. Service Oklahoma shall collaborate with organizations\n\nthat specialize in the recognition and prevention of human\n\ntrafficking.\n\n2. Service Oklahoma, in conjunction with the Department of\n\nPublic Safety, may identify and establish industry specific\n\nmaterials for use in the instruction required on the recognition,\n\nprevention and effective reporting of human trafficking by people\n\ntraining to obtain a Class A, B or C commercial license.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7ecf853715392ad3f4948c6f4a63218289a3c70b446953be4495a2adf6975f6a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-801","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-803"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
