No commercial driver training school shall be established\n\nnor any such existing school continued on or after August 10, 1967,\n\nunless such school applies for and obtains from Service Oklahoma a\n\nlicense in the manner and form prescribed by Service Oklahoma.\n\nB. Regulations adopted by Service Oklahoma, in conjunction with\n\nthe Department of Public Safety, shall state the requirements for a\n\nschool license, including requirements concerning location,\n\nequipment, courses of instruction, instructors, previous records of\n\nthe school and instructors, financial statements, schedule of fees\n\nand charges, character and reputation of the operators and\n\ninstructors, insurance in such sum and with such provisions as\n\nService Oklahoma, in conjunction with the Department of Public\n\nSafety, deems necessary to protect adequately the interests of the\n\npublic, and such other matters as Service Oklahoma may prescribe for\n\nthe protection of the public. Such regulations shall allow the use\n\nof electronic signatures on all documents submitted by a school or\n\ninstructor.\n\nC.
