Stat. tit. 47, § 47-902","heading":"Authorization to remove abandoned vehicle","body":"If such officer has reasonable cause to believe a vehicle has\n\nbeen abandoned in a location which would be hazardous to the free\n\nflow of traffic or be highly susceptible to damage from vandalism or\n\nother harm, he shall have the authority to remove or direct the\n\nremoval of the vehicle immediately.
