Stat. tit. 47, § 47-911","heading":"Disposition of proceeds of sale","body":"The proceeds from the sale of an abandoned vehicle made pursuant\n\nto Section 908 of this title shall be applied in the following\n\norder:\n\n1. To the reasonable cost incurred in the sale of the abandoned\n\nvehicle;\n\n2. To the satisfaction of the special lien provided for in\n\nSection 907 of this title;\n\n3. To the satisfaction of any indebtedness secured by a\n\nsubordinate security interest or lien in the vehicle;\n\n4.
