Every person legally entitled to compensation for the\n\nremoval or storage of any vehicle subject to registration, which\n\nvehicle's removal has been authorized by any public agency, has a\n\nlien on the vehicle, dependent on possession. The lien is deemed to\n\narise on the date of possession of the vehicle. Any person\n\nperfecting a lien under this section shall foreclose this lien\n\naccording to the provisions for sale under Sections 908 through 911\n\nof this title.\n\nB. Every owner of such vehicle towed or stored pursuant to\n\nSection 955 of this title shall be responsible for the total amount\n\nof the debt for services rendered.\n\nC.
