A notarial act has the same effect pursuant to the laws of\n\nthis state as if performed by a notarial officer of this state if\n\nperformed anywhere by any of the following persons under authority\n\ngranted by the law of the United States:\n\n1. a judge, clerk, or deputy clerk of a court;\n\n2. a commissioned officer on active duty in the military\n\nservice of the United States;\n\n3. an officer of the foreign service or consular officer of the\n\nUnited States; or\n\n4. any other person authorized by federal law to perform\n\nnotarial acts.\n\nB. The signature and title of a person performing a notarial\n\nact are prima facie evidence that the signature is genuine and that\n\nthe person holds the designated title.\n\nC.
