For an acknowledgment in an individual capacity:\n\nState of\n\nCounty of\n\nThis instrument was acknowledged before me on (date) by\n\n(name(s) of person(s)).\n\n(Signature of notarial officer)\n\n(Seal, if any)\n\nTitle (and Rank)\n\n(My commission expires: )\n\n2.
