Any person who has been admitted to practice as an attorney\n\nin this state, who is a member in good standing of the bar of this\n\nstate, and who meets all requirements for licensure in this state\n\nmay apply for status as an inactive member of the bar.\n\nB. The application for such status shall contain:\n\n1. The person's name, bar number, residence address, telephone\n\nnumber or numbers where he can be reached;\n\n2. The reason or reasons he desires such status;\n\n3. A statement that he understands that, while on such status,\n\nhe may not do anything which constitutes the practice of law while\n\nin this state;\n\n4. A statement that he has notified all of his clients in this\n\nstate that he is no longer practicing in this state; and\n\n5. An affidavit that the information given is true and correct.\n\nC. Immediately upon receipt of the application, the Supreme\n\nCourt or its designee shall acknowledge the application and enter\n\nthe person's name on a roll of inactive attorneys.\n\nD. While on inactive status, an attorney shall not be required\n\nto complete any continuing legal education requirements and shall be\n\nrequired to pay only twenty percent (20%) of the annual dues of an\n\nactive member.\n\nE. While on inactive status, an attorney shall not receive the\n\nOklahoma Bar Journal or any other services from the Oklahoma Bar\n\nAssociation except upon such terms and conditions, including payment\n\nof charges and fees, as shall be established by the Association.\n\nF.
