Annoys, injures or endangers the comfort, repose,\n\nhealth, or safety of others; or\n\nSecond. Offends decency; or\n\nThird. Unlawfully interferes with, obstructs or tends to\n\nobstruct, or renders dangerous for passage, any lake or navigable\n\nriver, stream, canal or basin, or any public park, square, street or\n\nhighway; or\n\nFourth.
