The Division of Agricultural Statistics, Oklahoma Department\n\nof Agriculture, also known as the Oklahoma Crop and Livestock\n\nReporting Service, may keep confidential crop and livestock reports\n\nprovided by farmers, ranchers, and agribusinesses to the extent the\n\nreports individually identify the providers.\n\nB. The State Board of Agriculture is authorized to provide for\n\nthe confidentiality of any financial statement filed pursuant to\n\nSection 9-22 of Title 2 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
