The Corporation Commission shall keep confidential those\n\nrecords of a public utility, its affiliates, suppliers and customers\n\nwhich the Commission determines are confidential books and records\n\nor trade secrets.\n\nB. As used in this section, \"public utility\" means any entity\n\nregulated by the Corporation Commission, owning or operating for\n\ncompensation in this state equipment or facilities for:\n\n1. Producing, generating, transmitting, distributing, selling\n\nor furnishing electricity;\n\n2. The conveyance, transmission, or reception of communication\n\nover a telephone system; or\n\n3.
