Any state environmental agency or public utility shall keep\n\nconfidential vulnerability assessments of critical assets in both\n\nwater and wastewater systems. State environmental agencies or\n\npublic utilities may use the information for internal purposes or\n\nallow the information to be used for survey purposes only. The\n\nstate environmental agencies or public utilities shall allow any\n\npublic body to have access to the information for purposes\n\nspecifically related to the public bodies function.\n\nB. For purposes of this section:\n\n1. “State environmental agencies” includes the:\n\na. Oklahoma Water Resources Board,\n\nb. Oklahoma Corporation Commission,\n\nc. State Department of Agriculture,\n\nd. Oklahoma Conservation Commission,\n\ne. Department of Wildlife Conservation,\n\nf. Department of Mines, and\n\ng. Department of Environmental Quality;\n\n2. “Public Utility” means any individual, firm, association,\n\npartnership, corporation or any combination thereof, municipal\n\ncorporations or their lessees, trustees and receivers, owning or\n\noperating for compensation in this state equipment or facilities\n\nfor:\n\na. producing, generating, transmitting, distributing,\n\nselling or furnishing electricity,\n\nb. the conveyance, transmission, reception or\n\ncommunications over a telephone system,\n\nc. transmitting directly or indirectly or distributing\n\ncombustible hydrocarbon natural or synthetic natural\n\ngas for sale to the public, or\n\nd. the transportation, delivery or furnishing of water\n\nfor domestic purposes or for power.","path":["OK Code","Title 51"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os51.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"1132cc8bbb9ab3e3585004583fcf3e5c10896a8d9c6889d3d907b654eb931206","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-51-51-24a.26","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-51-51-24a.28"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
