Stat. tit. 51, § 51-24A.29","heading":"Protective orders for pleadings, other materials -","body":"Microfilm records - Procedures - Storing of protected materials -\n\nConfidentiality.\n\nA. Unless confidentiality is specifically required by law, any\n\norder directing the withholding or removal of pleadings or other\n\nmaterial from a public record shall contain:\n\n1. A statement that the court has determined it is necessary in\n\nthe interests of justice to remove the material from the public\n\nrecord and in those instances where such withholding is required by\n\nlaw, the order shall so indicate;\n\n2. Specific identification of the material which is to be\n\nwithheld, removed or withdrawn from the public record, or which is\n\nto be filed but not placed in the public record; and\n\n3. A requirement that any party seeking to file protected\n\nmaterials place such materials in a sealed manila envelope clearly\n\nmarked with the caption and case number, the word “CONFIDENTIAL”,\n\nand stating the date the order was entered and the name of the judge\n\nentering the order. This requirement may also be satisfied by\n\nrequiring the party to file the documents pursuant to the procedure\n\nfor electronically filing sealed or confidential documents approved\n\nfor electronic filing in the courts of this state.\n\nB. No protective order entered after the filing and\n\nmicrofilming of documents of any kind shall be construed to require\n\nthe microfilm record of such filing to be amended in any fashion,\n\nand no other accounting entries may be affected by such order.\n\nC. The party or counsel who has received the protective order\n\nshall be responsible for promptly presenting the order to\n\nappropriate supervisory court clerk personnel for action.\n\nD. All documents produced or testimony given under a protective\n\norder shall be retained in the office of counsel until required by\n\nthe court to be filed in the case.\n\nE. Counsel for the respective parties shall be responsible for\n\ninforming witnesses and other persons, as necessary, of the contents\n\nof the protective order.\n\nF. When a case if filed in which a party intends to seek an\n\norder withholding removing material from the public record, the\n\nparties shall be initially designated on the petition under a\n\npseudonym such as “John or Jane Doe”, or “Roe”, and the petition\n\nshall clearly indicate that the party designations are fictitious.\n\nThe party seeking confidentiality or other order withholding or\n\nremoving the case, in whole or in part from the public record, shall\n\nimmediately present application to the court, seeking instructions\n\nfor the conduct of the case, including confidentiality of the\n\nrecords.\n\nG. It shall be the duty of the party filing confidential\n\nmaterials with the court to remove the materials from the custody of\n\nthe court clerk within sixty (60) days after dismissal or other\n\ndisposition of the main case in which the materials were filed. If\n\nthe party fails to remove confidential documents, the court clerk\n\nshall be authorized to destroy without notice such materials after a\n\nperiod of one (1) year has elapsed since the dismissal or other\n\ndisposition of the main case in which materials were filed.\n\nH. Municipal courts shall keep confidential all personal\n\nidentifying information of the parties involved in any case in\n\nmunicipal court, except where such information is provided to the\n\nOklahoma Tax Commission for purposes of collection of municipal\n\ncourt fees. The personal identifying information that shall be kept\n\nconfidential includes the following:\n\n1. Credit card numbers;\n\n2. Social security numbers; and\n\n3.
