Stat. tit. 51, § 51-24A.30","heading":"Court records – Confidentiality – Sealed records –","body":"Order requirement.\n\nAll court records, as defined by Section 32.1 of Title 12 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, shall be considered public records and shall be\n\nsubject to the provisions of the Oklahoma Open Records Act, unless\n\notherwise identified by statute to be confidential. If\n\nconfidentiality is not required by statute, the court may seal a\n\nrecord or portion of a record only if a compelling privacy interest\n\nexists which outweighs the public's interest in the record. In all\n\ncases where the court is sealing a record or portion of a record,\n\nthe court shall enter an order which shall be public and shall:\n\n1. Make findings of fact which identify the facts which the\n\ncourt relied upon in entering its order;\n\n2. Make conclusions of law specific enough so that the public\n\nis aware of the legal basis for the sealing of the record;\n\n3. Utilize the least restrictive means for achieving\n\nconfidentiality; and\n\n4.
