If a public body or its office does not have regular\n\nbusiness hours of at least thirty (30) hours a week, the public body\n\nshall post and maintain a written notice at its principal office and\n\nwith the county clerk where the public body is located which notice\n\nshall:\n\n1. Designate the days of the week when records are available\n\nfor inspection, copying or mechanical reproduction;\n\n2. Set forth the name, mailing address, and telephone number of\n\nthe individual in charge of the records; and\n\n3. Describe in detail the procedures for obtaining access to\n\nthe records at least two days of the week, excluding Sunday.\n\nB.
