Stat. tit. 51, § 51-258","heading":"Governmental authority","body":"Notwithstanding any provision of this act, a governmental entity\n\nhas no less authority to adopt or apply laws and regulations in a\n\nnondiscriminatory manner concerning zoning, land use planning,\n\ntraffic management, urban nuisance, or historic preservation, than\n\nthe authority of the governmental entity that existed under the law\n\nprior to the passage of this act.
