Stat. tit. 51, § 51-93","heading":"Official misconduct defined - Suspension","body":"Official misconduct within the meaning of this act is hereby\n\ndefined to be:\n\n1. Any willful failure or neglect to diligently and faithfully\n\nperform any duty enjoined upon such officer by the laws of this\n\nstate.\n\n2. Intoxication in any public place within the state produced\n\nby strong drink voluntarily taken.\n\n3. Committing any act constituting a violation of any penal\n\nstatute involving moral turpitude.
