Stat. tit. 52, § 52-106","heading":"Notice on filing of motion or petition","body":"Upon the filing of any motion or petition for order or orders of\n\nenforcement, as provided in the preceding section of this act, the\n\nSecretary of the Commission, in the name of the Commission and by\n\nhim as its Secretary, shall issue a notice to the defendant or\n\ndefendants named in such motion or petition, which said notice shall\n\nbe addressed to the defendant or defendants in said petition, and\n\nshall state, (a) the filing of such motion or petition; (b) the\n\norder or orders, rule or rules, regulation or regulations of the\n\nCommission, or the provisions of this act, violations of which are\n\ncharged therein; (c) the common source of supply in or with respect\n\nto which such violation has occurred or is occurring; (d) the date\n\non which said motion or petition is set for hearing, which shall be\n\non such date as shall be provided by order, rule or regulation of\n\nthe Commission, but shall not be earlier than ten (10) days from the\n\ndate of the issuance of such notice; and (e) a copy of said motion\n\nor petition filed in said cause shall be attached to said notice,\n\nand if any temporary order of enforcement shall have been made by\n\nthe Commission in said proceedings, reference to such order shall be\n\ncontained in said notice and a copy thereof shall be attached to\n\nsaid notice, in order that service of the same upon the defendant or\n\ndefendants may be made at the same time as the service of said\n\nnotice.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0bb0fe0a3fadeb098eb4e2cc68b113da2597fd8e9e1b07313b2dd7382860b7a0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-105","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-107"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
