Stat. tit. 52, § 52-111","heading":"Collateral attack on orders, rules and regulations -","body":"Appeals - Supreme Court.\n\nNo collateral attack shall be allowed upon orders, rules and\n\nregulations of the Commission made hereunder, but the sole method of\n\nreviewing such orders and inquiring into and determining their\n\nvalidity, justness, reasonableness or correctness shall be by appeal\n\nfrom such orders, rules or regulations to the Supreme Court. On\n\nappeal every such order, rule or regulation shall be regarded as\n\nprima facie, valid, reasonable and just.
