Stat. tit. 52, § 52-112","heading":"Application to amend or modify orders - Hearing - Appeal","body":"Any person affected by any legislative or administrative order\n\nof the Commission shall have the right at any time to apply to the\n\nCommission to repeal, amend, modify, or supplement the same. Such\n\napplication shall be in writing and shall be heard as expeditiously\n\nas possible after notice of the hearing thereon shall have been\n\ngiven in the manner provided by Section 14 of this act. An appeal\n\nshall lie to the Supreme Court from any order made by the Commission\n\nin any such proceedings or from the refusal of the Commission to\n\nmake any order petitioned for therein, in the same manner and within\n\nthe same time in which other appeals are authorized to be taken by\n\nthe provisions of this act, and, on any such appeal, the Supreme\n\nCourt may affirm the order of the Commission, or the Commission's\n\naction in refusing to make the order petitioned for, or may itself\n\nmake the order which the Commission should have made, or remand the\n\ncause to the Commission with directions to make such order as the\n\nSupreme Court may determine should have been made.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d2358122b31d3a23be6a15bff6eca95fef1a729dceb8f47c17cd5204a09a17d1","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-111","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-113"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
